☆ Learn some vision board techniques.
☆ Learn how to work with affirmations
☆ Get into the flow of creative expression.
☆ Imagine the journey towards a goal and get prepared to tackle it.
WHAT IS A VISION BOARD? It iis a creative process to set clear intentions and goals for what you want in your life, so you can grow and transform yourself. A way to sell your own ideas to yourself, to anchor to your dreams and to allow the magic of manifestation to work in your life. The best way to achieve the goals set on your vision board is to keep them top of mind, so you’re always looking for ways to move yourself closer to them – and a vision board is the perfect tool to help you do that. Visualizing your ideal life activates the creative powers of your subconscious mind and programs your brain to notice available resources that were always there, magnetizing and attracting to you the people, resources, and opportunities you need to achieve your goal. At the end of this, you will start to notice you are unexpectedly doing things that move you closer to your ideal life.
